HOSTED BY THE SIKH RECOVERY RETREAT CANADA

Kaur’s Mirror Circle

Not a 12-step. Not a diagnosis.
Just a circle of women who get it.

A space to gather, reflect and heal

The Mirror Circle is a dedicated, welcoming space for Kaurs to gather, reflect, and heal together. Hosted by The Sikh Recovery Retreat Canada, this spiritually grounded circle is open to all women, whether you are:

  • Navigating your own recovery journey
  • Supporting a loved one through addiction
  • Managing family life
  • Facing the challenges of motherhood

This program is not a 12-step group and not a clinical diagnosis. It is simply a powerful circle of women who truly get it. Rooted deeply in Sikh principles, collective community care, and holistic wellness practices, this safe haven offers an authentic space to share your lived experiences, find validation, and feel completely empowered without judgment.

Together, we create a sacred room to look at our reflections, rediscover the divine strength within ourselves, and uplift our collective sisterhood.
